Breakfast at Miss Tracy's consisted of Eggs benedict, Texan style.....poached eggs over a 'biscuit' smothered in southern cream gravy...yum!!










Classic 'Airstreams' dotted all over the place. Love it!

If you are familiar with films like 'Paris,Texas' and '3 Burials' then you will not be surprised to know that many scenes from those films were shot in and around Terlingua and Big Bend.
